Lamb's Lettuce Salad with Eggs and Bacon Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 slices of bacon, chopped
• Season with salt and pepper to taste
• 150g lamb's lettuce
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 small shallot, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

• Wash and thoroughly dry the lamb's lettuce.
• In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
• Cook the chopped bacon until crispy.
• Combine the lamb's lettuce, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and chopped shallot in a mixing bowl.
• Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinegar and top with the crispy bacon.
• Season to taste with salt and pepper.
• Toss everything together until everything is well combined.
• Serve right away.
