Ingredients
- 1 lettuce head
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Wash the lettuce and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Toss the salad with the dressing to coat it.
- Serve right away.
