• 1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
• To taste, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
