Caprese Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Recipe
Caprese Salad with Balsamic Vinegar is a simple Italian salad that is ideal for a light lunch or dinner. Fresh mozzarella cheese, juicy ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves are combined in this salad, which is drizzled with a sweet and tangy balsamic vinegar dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
