Mediterranean Feta Salad with Onion, Tomato, Cucumber and Olive Oil Recipe
Fresh vegetables and tangy feta cheese are tossed in a simple olive oil dressing in this Mediterranean-inspired salad.
Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Combine the crumbled feta cheese, thinly sliced red onion, chopped tomatoes, and peeled and chopped cucumber in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the salad with the olive oil to combine it.
- Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator to chill.
