Instructions

  • To make the dressing, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  • Toss the tofu and tomato mixture gently with the dressing to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
