Balsamic Caprese Salad Recipe

This delicious and refreshing balsamic caprese salad is ideal for a summer meal or as a side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
• Season with salt and pepper to taste
• 4 medium tomatoes

Instructions

• Arrange the tomatoes on a serving platter, sliced.
• Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each tomato slice.
• Tear the basil leaves and scatter them on top of the cheese.
